How do I activate my pass?

Simply visit your first attraction and present your pass. It’s that easy!

Can I visit an attraction more than once?

Each attraction can only be visited once per the duration of the pass.

Does a pass expire?

With an All-Inclusive Pass, it will be valid for the number of days you purchased over a 14-day period. For example, if you have a three-day pass and activate it on the first day of your vacation, you'll then have 13 calendar days to use the remaining two days of your pass. Non-activated All-Inclusive passes are valid for two years from the date of purchase.

What is included in my All-inclusive Pass?

Aside from admissions to over 30 attractions, activities and tours, you’ll also receive a digital guidebook to help you plan your visit to Miami.

Do I need to make reservations to visit the attractions?

Certain attractions might need reservations. Refer to your guidebook to see which ones require advance booking. When reserving, make sure your pass is valid for the day you plan to visit.

Are any attractions closed on holidays?

Yes, many attractions close on Christmas and Thanksgiving Day. Refer to your guidebook for holiday hours and closures.

What happens if an attraction closes or a tour is canceled due to weather or other unforeseen issues?

While Go City aims to keep all attractions available, unforeseen events can happen. The great thing about the San Diego Explorer Pass is its variety of options. If an attraction is inaccessible, your guidebook provides exciting alternatives to ensure you still have an enjoyable experience.
